Journaling, like any other form of art, is a journey back to our own truth.

The pages are the space in which we pause to listen, and our words and our art become the compass guiding our path.

It doesn’t matter how we decide to fill the empty pages. What matters is that we give ourselves the space to be, to listen, to shed the layers, and to learn at our own pace.

The path may not always be clear, yet the voice within always knows the way. Each new entry in our journal is a step away from the stories and identities that were never truly ours, and a step closer to the truth of our soul.

So allow yourself to be guided by that voice within and let the path lead you in its own time.

Only then will you know what it feels like to be free.
