Journaling, like any form of art, is a journey back to our truth.

It doesn’t matter how we decide to fill the empty pages. What matters is that we allow ourselves the space to be, to shed our layers, and to learn at our own pace.

The path may not always be clear, yet the voice within knows the way. Each new entry is a step away from the stories that were never truly ours, and a step closer to the truth of the soul.
