How will I receive my purchase?

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an instant download link via email. You can save your files directly to your device and start using them right away. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.

Can I use the products on my iPad or note-taking app?

Yes. Our planners and journals are compatible with popular note-taking apps like GoodNotes, Notability, and Noteshelf. We always mention file formats (such as PDF, PNG, or ZIP) in each product description to ensure compatibility.

Can I share or resell my digital product?

Each purchase grants a single-user license — made for your personal use only. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling our files is not permitted. Every Alloro Studio creation carries unique design and intellectual property rights — we deeply appreciate your integrity in honoring that.

What if I have a problem with my download or file?

We’re here to help. If you experience any issue simply email us at alloro.studio@gmail.com. We’ll make sure you receive what you purchased and that everything works perfectly.
